This website was to promote a once-a-year event, Taps Across America. On Memorial Day, the National Moment of Remembrance is an annual event that asks Americans, wherever they are at 3:00 p.m. local time, to pause for a duration of one minute to remember those who have died in military service to the United States.
This is essentially a landing page with information about the event, and a registration form that musicians can fill out to “sign up” to sound Taps. The form collects information about the musician such as their name, location, instrument. After the event we provide a page to allow upload of videos to the YouTube channel.
